BCD Atlantik offers a large portfolio of more than 600 types of microcontrollers, using the industry-standard Arm Cortex-M architecture.
It includes power-efficient 32-bit Arm Cortex-M0 MCU up to high-performance Cortex-M4F with FPU and clock speed of nearly 200Mhz. For industrial applications, our MCUs support temperatures up to 105 degrees celsius and have a noise immunity of 8kV ESD (electrostatic discharge).
We also have Arm9-based products with integrated DRAM memory, a compact System on Chip (SoC) solution that saves PCB space and design time. Additionally, we have products with the latest Cortex-M23, combined with Armv8 architecture and TrustZone technology that aims to provide security to IoT products.

Starter Kit M0+ Series HT32F52342/52
The HT32F49365/HT32F49395 devices are Holtek's first microcontrollers equipped with a powerful Arm Cortex-M4 core capable of up to 240 MHz, making them ideal for applications with demanding computing power requirements. The Cortex®-M4 core features a single-precision floating point unit (FPU) supporting all Arm® single-precision data processing instructions and data types. It also includes a full set of DSP instructions and a Memory Protection Unit (MPU) to enhance application security.
With a high degree of functional integration, high computing power, and various power-saving modes, these new devices can be used in various application scenarios, e.g. in smart homes, industrial control, embedded systems, motor control, etc.

The HT32F49395 Starter Kit employs the 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4 high-performance, low-power microcontroller to expedite the integration process for new users and facilitate the installation and utilization of the device. The high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4F 32-bit Microcontroller offers single-precision Floating Point Unit (FPU) supporting all Arm® single-precision data processing instructions and data types, advanced Industrial interfaces, and Automotive temperature operating range.
In combination with the software development environment, the cost-effective platform provides a holistic solution from initial evaluation and programming to eventual production. Extensive embedded memory makes this Microcontroller suitable for demanding Industrial, IOT, and medical applications.
