The new ultra-compact and high performance multi band NB-IoT module will be a strong support for Internet of Things (IoT) applications. The BC66 is a functional extension of the BC68, making it an even more versatile LTE NB-IoT module. Designed to be compatible with Quectel BC68 and GSM/GPRS M66 module in the compact and unified form factor, it provides a flexible and scalable platform for migrating from GSM/GPRS to NB-IoT network.

The BC66 module is Quectel's fourth NB-IoT module, which enables cost-effective networking of a wide range of low-energy devices with high building penetration, thanks to NB-IoT technology. It supports B1 / B2 / B3 / B4 / B5 / B8 / B12 / B13 / B17 / B18 / B19 / B20 / B25 / B26 / B28 / B66 multiple frequency bands with extremely low power consumption and is thus usable globally.
The extremely low power consumption (Idle Mode: 2.1 V – 3.63 V, Typ. 3.3 V) and the super high sensitivity are two key characteristics of the NB-IoT module BC66. This module will provide up to 10 years of battery life time for self-sufficient applications in low-data rate IoT mode.

BC66 provides abundant external interfaces and protocol stacks and also supports OneNET Cloud platform, providing great convenience for customers' applications. BC66 adopts surface mounted technology, making it an ideal solution for durable and rugged designs.
